For yesterday's tutorial, I showed some basic ideas of topics that may have potential to develop further.

There were several idea that stood out to be topics for the infographic. The first one was about the connection between drinking alone and alcohol addiction. A lot of people drink alone because of corona virus and there are more people decided to give up on marriage. And this whole situation became like a trend so people think drinking alone is following the trend. However, it actually increased the rate of people who are being alcohol addictive.

The second idea was about people giving up on marriage. The high price of houses, uncertainty of future, and gender conflicts between women and men made people to give up on marriage. This kinds of lead up to the third idea I was having. Which is people not having children and the society is getting old. Uncertainty of future and houses that are not affordable made people to give up on their parenthood experiences.

This lead to population decline and in a near future, we might not able to see children on the street.

The fourth idea was about gender conflicts which can lead to hate crimes. As MeToo movement became popular in Korea in past years. More gender conflict is growing on online and even in the real life. Men think that it is misandry and women think that it is not misandry and it is about discrimination against women. As the conflict gets serious, there are more harassments on each other on online and blaming on one another more in real life.

I still need to do more research on those topics but I might focus more on the second and the third topic because there was not much information about the connection between alcohol addiction and drinking alone. I am thinking about comparing aging society and people not having children. I think it might be more effective if I compare two opposite sides of the society with truthful lens.
