I brought with updated idea for part B.
Instead of using mailbox, I chose to use dolls or road signs with symbols of each pronoun to make it more visible and relate it with the topic of the gender hate expression.
The step will be the same. People will write the gender hate expression on the paper and stick/pin to the object that represent each pronoun. Then people can take the letter. In that letter, it will have sticker (I respect your pronoun) and the letter that talks about inclusivity of genders. If people agree with or try to understand it, they can stick the sticker on top of the gender hate expression they wrote.

The next idea is experiencing the gender hate expression. It will use AR effects to deliver the hidden message. There will be three posters about each pronoun. It will show just the figure of the face without facial expression. But if people use QR code to access to AR filter, it will show the facial effects and some features of hurt, scar. It will also include the audio of people saying gender hate expression. After the experience, people can do the survey on what they have felt through this experience and hang it on the wall to share the data.
